The JCHC is currently accepting public comments on the staff report titled, "Implementation of a Medicaid In Lieu of Service Food and Nutrition Benefit for Individuals with Diet-Related Chronic Conditions." Public comments will be accepted through 4pm on Friday, January 16th and may be submitted via email at jchcpubliccomments@jchc.virginia.gov or mailed to 411 E Franklin Street, Suite 505, Richmond, VA 23219.
