Have a care-related complaint or abuse report?
As a legislative Commission, JCHC conducts health-related research but does not regulate health care providers or address individual care-related complaints or reports of abuse. To make a complaint regarding care provided within the Commonwealth of Virginia or to report on abuse, you may contact one or more of the following agencies/organizations. For immediate assistance in an emergency, you should call 911.
